With 28 years of presence in Poland, Taurus Ochrona is an established brand on the Polish security services market. The company has two branches and employs close to 500 employees, including 50 office workers. Its mission is to provide technical measures for the protection of property and persons.
Main challenge
The main reason for the change was the lack of integration between applications previously used by the company. This not only generated considerable costs, but also substantial time was needed to integrate each application with each other. In addition, the company needed space to conveniently store and share files. It was also very important to provide employees with an efficient tool enabling communication inside the company.
From the technical standpoint, this solution beats the competition, especially in terms of administrative functionalities. Additionally, the use of G Suite reduced the cost of labor.
Solution
The G Suite package was the answer to the company’s needs and problems. It came with an integrated suite of office tools. Google Drive now lets the employees store their data in the cloud, and Google Docs provides a way to collaborate on files. The various permissions options offered by G Suite also proved very useful. According to Mr. Adamkiewicz, it is especially useful when working with internal documentation.
Results
