The platform supports many industries, the most popular of which include: construction, law and finance, and B2B services (including accounting, website development and office maintenance).
Oferteo.pl has been operating since 2008 and quickly became the national leader in the number of visitors. Currently, over half a million contractors and service providers are registered on the platform, operating in nearly 1,300 categories.
The Oferteo.pl team works in a hybrid model. In the office, which is located in the heart of Wrocław, employees meet once a week. On other days, they perform their duties remotely.
Challenge
Initially, the organization used tools from multiple vendors. Maintaining them in their own infrastructure resulted in integration and performance problems. It was also necessary to take care of updates, security and backups.
After several years of working with such a diverse infrastructure, the company’s management decided to move to a uniform, reliable and easily accessible cloud-based tool.
Our goal was to create one environment that would facilitate the daily work of all the departments in the company. We wanted the applications to have the highest level of security, to remain in step with the rapid development of our company and to enable effective team work. In addition, the tool had to be user-friendly and enable convenient organization of meetings.
Additionally, changing the work model to a hybrid one required the company to find tools that would enable the team to communicate efficiently and organize work effectively in the new conditions.
When I started my adventure with Oferteo, we had not yet used Google Workspace tools on a large scale and I remember that communication was a pain. Today, staying up to date with projects is easier thanks to these applications. Given how pace of our work, it is a key value.
Solution
The Management Board of Oferteo.pl considered implementing cloud applications of the two largest software producers of this type – Google and Microsoft. After comparing the offers, they chose Google Workspace. First in the Business Standard plan, and over time upgraded to Enterprise.

At Oferteo.pl, teamwork is very important. With Google Workspace, users can share files with one another and others outside their organization. They can also work on the same files at the same time. This significantly speeds up work.
I appreciate Google Workspace applications because they enable real-time collaboration on documents, presentations and other files. Commenting here is very simple, almost like chatting, but with the right context. And who hasn’t corrected a presentation on their phone while riding a tram or just before an important meeting… The biggest advantages? User-friendly interface and mobility!
Personalization and integrations
FOTC specialists helped the Oferteo.pl team select external applications that made it possible to integrate company printers and scanners with Google Drive. Thanks to this, all documents sent to one of these devices are saved both on the local server and in the cloud.
The organization also often uses the possibilities that Google Workspace gives it in terms of integration with external applications. For example, task tracking and reporting systems, such as Atlassian JIRA, have been synchronized with Google Sheets, where individual results are saved. Slack has been integrated with Gmail and Docs.
We often integrate Google tools with our applications, which allow us, for example, to send e-mails or read application parameters and save them to Sheets. In addition, we use them for user groups. When programming a workflow, we assign it to a group, which allows us to integrate with the local file server.
Solutions created by the Oferteo.pl programming team connect via API with Google Workspace applications. Thanks to this, they can download and send data from and to the company’s systems, generating reports and then sending them to the appropriate people.
The company keeps up to date on new products and tools in Google Workspace. Recently, the team has started using Duet AI. This add-on to the package uses artificial intelligence to speed up work in Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Slides.
Security
Security issues were very important when choosing tools for the company. Google Cloud ensures the highest standards, as evidenced by certificates such as ISO 27018, SOC 3 or FedRAMP. At the same time, the Oferteo.pl team ensures excellent security of the Google Workspace console also on their side.
The organization has implemented a number of solutions to protect its data. These include: using two-factor user verification, forcing periodic password changes, analyzing reports generated in the console or setting appropriate email alerts.
