THE GOAL

Establishing a strategic service partnership with TZMO regarding Google Workspace, encompassing quality customer service, as well as integrating AI to boost productivity and strengthening infrastructure security.

THE STORY

Seeking strategic enhancements for key business apps

TZMO sought a new provider of Google Workspace suite to offer more proactive customer service, along with a range of related IT services they were eager to introduce.

With hundreds of employees using Google’s services on a daily basis, the TZMO’s management saw this as a huge opportunity for a boost in productivity through automating certain daily processes. They also looked to strengthen the security measures in terms of data handling, access management, and overall compliance with the company’s security policies.

THE SOLUTIONS

A successful collaboration that swiftly progressed

One of the first steps was establishing a new collaboration with an official Google partner to become TZMO’s designated provider of Google Workspace. The company chose FOTC due to their vast experience, superior customer service, as well as a range of related IT services. Other important factors included the high quality of the training and communication materials provided, the professional approach, and the responsiveness from the beginning of communication.

FOTC delivered a proof of concept launch for Gemini within Google Workspace, demonstrating its potential to streamline workflows and improve app connectivity for TZMO’s team. With the goal of encouraging employees to explore AI and understand its real-world uses, the project featured bilingual workshops, open Q&A forums, and customized educational materials, engaging 200 individuals from various teams.

Concurrently, FOTC conducted a comprehensive audit of TZMO’s Google Workspace environment and Chrome settings to assess their security and compliance with best practices. The audit covered all business units, meticulously reviewing each setting for vulnerabilities and misconfigurations, as well as alignment with the company’s security policies and operational requirements. The findings were documented in a detailed report, which included:

  • observations and insights regarding security areas,
  • risk assessments,
  • recommendations for enhancing security and efficiency,
  • actionable steps for optimizing TZMO’s Google Workspace environment.

THE RESULTS

Unlocking possibilities for AI usage & fortifying security

FOTC’s Gemini proof of concept successfully trained 200 individuals across international teams, fostering an internal group of AI-competent early adopters. Participants gained a deeper understanding of Gemini within Google Workspace and collectively identified many practical use cases for AI in their daily workflows, demonstrating a clear path to enhanced productivity.

Simultaneously, a comprehensive security audit delivered 217 actionable recommendations spanning access management, data protection, compliance settings, and endpoint security. FOTC conducted a series of highly focused meetings, meticulously tailored to TZMO’s specific security challenges, to consult and discuss these recommendations, ensuring targeted improvements and risk mitigation.
