THE GOAL
Tebim’s primary goals were to ensure the stability and enhanced security of their email, simplify teamwork, and gain access to modern tools supporting daily communication and document management. After deciding to migrate to Google Workspace, the company needed an experienced Google partner like FOTC to ensure stable operations during the transition to the new work environment.

Seeking tools that improve data safety and work convenience
Tebim needed to increase the reliability and security of their company’s email and improve the efficiency of internal communication. The IMAP server they were previously using didn’t meet their expectations in terms of stability or storage space.
The company was therefore looking for an intuitive work environment that would facilitate remote collaboration and integrate well with their other tools. As Google Workspace offers proven and reliable solutions for businesses of all sizes, they decided to transition to this suite.
The biggest challenge of the transition process was the need to migrate mailboxes without interrupting the team’s daily work. This is where FOTC provided assistance.
THE SOLUTION
Successful collaboration during a smooth and well-planned migration
As Tebim has many excellent IT specialists on their team, the company was highly aware of its needs. Despite this, they decided to collaborate with FOTC to ease the workload of their IT department.
FOTC engineers met with the Tebim team twice to discuss the organization’s specific needs and plan the migration. Once everything was discussed and the data prepared for transfer, FOTC’s specialists began migrating the mailboxes. Throughout this process, they remained in constant contact with the Tebim team, answering any questions that arose along the way.
After the mailboxes were transferred and synchronized, teams from both companies met again to summarize the project. FOTC’s specialists also advised Tebim’s administrators on key points to consider when managing the Google Workspace instance.

Throughout the entire migration, the Tebim team was able to work without any interruptions. Immediately after the process was finalized, the company began to experience the benefits of changing their work environment. Tebim gained greater email reliability, better work organization, and access to modern, cloud-based collaboration tools.
Team communication efficiency also increased. The ability to share calendars and documents and use Google Meet significantly simplified daily collaboration between employees and clients. Teams can now work more transparently and efficiently, especially with documents and projects spread across departments.
Crucially, data security within the company improved, and account management was simplified. The cloud-native nature of Google Workspace applications is also significant – the ability to log into email and documents from anywhere, along with communication using Meet, strongly supports the company’s hybrid work model.
