About the client
With as much as 62% of the industry in Poland developing under their wings, LTTM is the largest group in Poland providing video and influencer marketing services. The LTTM group is home to a number of specialized companies:
- LifeTube – YouTube partner network,
- TalentMedia – influencer marketing agency,
- and Mellon Media – video and YouTube production company.
Currently, the company consists of over one hundred specialists, and each of them needs a reliable email account and a suite of office applications.
Main challenge
The formation of the LTTM group and a merger of several companies under a common umbrella was the biggest challenge and a turning point
The cooperation with FOTC went very smoothly and effectively. Their team efficiently reacted to any difficulties we reported.
Solution
Despite the fact that the companies had used G Suite from the very beginning, it became necessary to merge instances – to solve this problem, LTTM contacted FOTC. Data migration and configuration of email accounts were carried out in cooperation with the technical department.
Results
The change was most welcome by account administrators, who can now manage everything from a single Admin Console. They can also seek help from FOTC specialists whenever technical problems or questions arise. From the employees’ point of view, the transition was seamless – they continue using their Gmail accounts and convenient Google cloud applications.
