Tryumf is dedicated to one mission: making celebration of special occasions and events more festive than ever before – by providing unique, custom-made trophies for those willing to participate, fight, and win. Each day they create and deliver tens of thousands of awards for people around the world:

That way, Tryumf indirectly motivates people to pursue their dreams and never give up.
Tryumf has showrooms in Warsaw, Wroclaw, Lublin, and Stalowa Wola. To this day, Tryumf has sold over 50 million trophies to 52 countries. Tryumf’s client base consists of (among others): sports clubs, government institutions, NGO’s, private companies, and well-known brands like TVN Discovery or BBC.
Main challenge
Although trophies, medals, and awards are very specific, niche products, they remain in high demand all the time. Tryumf is flooded with thousands of emails every single day – and many of them contain attachments bigger than 5 MB. To accurately answer the needs of their clients, office workers at Tryumf had to find a tool that would allow them to open files without obstacles.
Database administrators summed up all the time needed to download, forward to others and open files every day. Results have shown that employees wasted a few hours a day for this tedious and unpleasant process.
The company also wanted to find an easy and safe way of long-term data storing. SSD drives were not enough – and because they’re susceptible to malfunctions, lots of important data was lost.
After many years of operating, Tryumf accumulated hundreds of laptops, but each had a different type or version of the software. Even tech employees couldn’t wrap their heads around this chaos. It caused many mistakes and misunderstandings. The previous solution that the company tried to implement was relatively expensive and ineffective at the same time.
Before introducing G Suite, most of our employees were devoting at least an hour of work time to download, open, and forward attachments. It was a nightmare for all of us, so we’ve decided it’s time for a change.
Solution
Gmail – well-known Gmail inbox with custom domain enabled workers to print and forward huge numbers of files without the need to download them first.
Google Drive and Shared Drives – thanks to easy data storing in the cloud, Tryumf’s management can rest assured that the data are safe and accessible. Additionally, every department gained the capacity to create a Shared Drive to store current files and archives efficiently.
Google Calendar – using this application makes managing the company’s resources easier than ever before and streamlines the process of setting up meetings.
Results
I remember that one day I was approached by a representative of FOTC. I’ve decided to keep his offer in mind because I knew that we desperately needed to change something – it was only a matter of time for me to get others on board with this. After a thorough analysis of possible gains and losses, we’ve concluded that G Suite is a perfect solution for Tryumf. FOTC walked us through the whole implementation process, so we didn’t experience any problems with it. Tech support ensured a safe migration of inbox data from Outlook to Gmail in less than seven days. We’ve extended the limit of home office days for all of our employees – it doesn’t matter where they work from, with Google Drive and other apps, they can still be as productive as ever. Thanks to G Suite, our tech specialists are happy, too. Implementation was conducted by FOTC, with minimal engagement needed from our own IT department.
